Family Mass Homework Sheet for Grades One Through Six
After attending his/her Grade Mass, your child needs to complete this Family Mass Homework Sheet. You may either print the page, have your child fill it out and then turn it in to his/her Catechist OR email it to abraun@st-edwards.org.

Mass Homework Sheet for Grades Seven and Eight
After attending a Mass, your seventh or eighth grader needs to complete this Mass Homework Sheet and submit it to the Religious Education Office. You may email the completed Homework Sheet to abraun@st-edwards.org. Instead of a Homework Sheet, "Mass Attendance" cards are available from the Religious Education Office or from your child's Flipped Classroom Catechist.

Syosset School District Food Allergies Pre-Approved Snack List
The Syosset Central School District has established a pre-approved snack list consistent with the Student Health Services Policy. This is a peanut and tree nut free list and some items are brand-specific. All items listed must be in original, sealed packaging with the ingredient label. Home-baked goods and those that are not commercially pre-packaged and labeled are not permitted.
